CARBON MOLECULAR SIEVES (CMS) are carbonaceous materials characterized by a very narrow micropore size distribution, this producing a high adsorption selectivity. Carbon molecular sieve is the most important element of each and every PSA system and utilized in the production of nitrogen. The PSA process provides an in-house, independent Nitrogen supply at low cost for inert storage tanks, pipelines and tankers, for processing and many other applications. BECMS-300 can generate nitrogen of 92 Nm3/hour with purity of 99.999%.
APPLICATION
- NITROGEN GENERATION - Nitrogen generation from compressed air.
- HYDROGEN REFINING - Hydrogen generated from steam reformers as well as hydrogen in coke-oven and landfill gas is purified using carbon molecular sieves.
- BIOGAS-UPGRADING – The carbon molecular sieve kinetically optimized for such applications allows process designs that feature impressive benefits in comparison to standard scrubbing processes. STORAGE & PACKAGE
